ISE Design Suite: System Edition is an enhanced version of Embedded Edition, including the optional System Generator for DSP component. ISE Design Suite: Embedded Edition includes components such as Xilinx Platform Studio (XPS), Software Development Kit (SDK), a large repository of IP cores, including a software-implemented MicroBlaze processor with peripherals, and a complete design path necessary for translating RTL descriptions In the bitstream. The environment is available in three editions: Xilinx ISE Design Suite is an industry-recognized design environment for Xilinx programmable devices, including 7 series (partially) and pre-series crystals.
